Our group of executives had the pleasure of touring Stanley Centennial Park on board a private trolley or by bicycle and were in awe of its magnificence. But it was only during the nautical rally that they were able to fully appreciate Vancouver's exceptional landscape, nestled between the Pacific ocean and the coastal mountains. Flying over the city to Victoria in a hydroplane for a whale-watching expedition only confirmed the wonder of it all.

On a quieter but more humorous note, participants had the opportunity to meet with a lumberjack, Canada's mythical powerhouse, for a private performance in the heart of Bowen Island, a highly praised holiday destination among Vancouver's affluent families.

Cocktail hour in an art gallery followed by dinner in one of the city's most renowned and critically- acclaimed restaurants brought a definite urban touch to the whole adventure.
