How to turn 180 sales reps into hunstmen over the course of a weekend?

Driving the guests to their lakefront cottages in VIP buses used by Montréal's National Hockey League Team was the ideal icebreaker. Guests had much to talk about on their way to their accommodations.

The first evening was memorable : enjoying cocktails at a bar built in ice along with roasted marshmallows, while discussing astronomy under a starry sky, really set the tone.

The next morning, our guests headed for the far north for a unique backcountry experience. Snowmobiling amidst the stunningly beautiful wilderness, sharing breakfast with a genuine furbearer around campfire, snowshoeing on specially designated wooded trails and fast-paced dog sledding through the woods are some of the exciting activities that awaited them during this action-packed weekend.

After venturing into the great outdoors, guests attended cocktail hour in the beautiful outdoor spa of the hotel, ending a perfect day on a perfect note.

The journey came to a close in Québec City with a full-fledged ice-hockey tournament, complete with a personal coach, cheerleaders, tailored-made outfits and a crowd of fans who came to cheer and encourage our rookies.
